Greg Roth is an award-winning musician/songwriter/performer with a B.F.A in Theatre from New York University's prestigious Tisch School of The Arts.

He honed his music, theatre, and comedy style working alongside artists such as:
Legendary drummer, Max Roach (Miles Davis, Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Duke Ellington), Philip Seymour Hoffman, (Academy Award-Winning Actor), Doug Besterman (3-time Tony Award-Winning arranger/orchestrator/producer. "Chicago", "The Producers", "Nine"), Bryan Goluboff (Screenwriter/Playwright/Director - "The Basketball Diaries", "SVU" series), as well as fellow NYU alumni, Adam Sandler.

For the past 20 years, Greg Roth's original songs, have been played on networks such as ABC, NBC, CBS, MTV, VH1, CMT, PBS, A&E, BRAVO, Degrassi (Canada's #1 Teen Show), and other international T.V. and cable movies in over 25 different countries including: America; Canada; Mexico; Brazil; India; Italy; France; Germany; Israel; Japan; Thailand; and Great Britain. His harmonica playing is prominently featured throughout the Phylicia Rashad and Debbie Allen movie, "The Old Settler" and he is often brought into the studio to sing and play multiple instruments on projects.

Greg has performed at such diverse venues as the famed Lincoln Center, CBGBs, the Georgia Dome and has shared the stage with or jammed with many diverse artists to numerous to mention...ok, ok, here are just a few: Grammy-winner John Mayer, Kristian Bush (Sugarland), Grammy-nominated Shawn Mullins, Lenny Kravitz (the musician, not his CD), Barenaked Ladies, Everclear, Tonic, The Smithereens, The Ramones, Marshall Altman (Record Producer/Songwriter with several #1 hits), John Hopkinsaa (Zac Brown's bassist), Russell Irwin, (Aerosmith's keyboardist), Kurt Mitchell (Issac Hayes bassist), Adam McKnight (Elton John's background singer), Eric Clapton (His CD, not the musician), and many more fantastically talented individuals.

Greg initially started writing children's music to sing to his son, Elijah. By combining catchy songwriting with his comedic stage experience -- performing at Atlanta's improv Whole World Theatre and stand-up comedy at The Punchline -- Greg discovered a natural fit for entertaining and educating children by combining songs and humor. His hobby turned into a passion and led to performing at Elijah's school. After word-of-mouth spread among the teachers and parents, Greg found himself receiving numerous requests to appear at other facilities. He quickly realized that he could use the "power of song" to educate and empower children, and thus began his teaching career and the start of the Mr. Greg's Musical Madness enrichment programs, curriculum, concerts, and TV appearances.

Today, Mr. Greg's success is a testament to his hard work and passion that has made him one of the top children's performers and educators in the country. With his growing popularity, Mr. Greg has always kept his main goal in focus: to instill a lifelong love of music!
